A TSCJ Career Fair is an event where job seekers with active clearance can meet with recruiters from local and national companies. These events are free for professionals who are thinking about their next career move.

We will have various types of hiring organizations.

  • Defense contractors
  • Educational institutions
  • Government agencies

Expect to build your network, make new professional contacts, and discover job leads. These career fairs are the perfect time to practice your elevator pitch and interact with representatives from all kinds of companies. Some companies will perform on site interviews.

You will be provided with a QR code to share your resume with hiring organizations. This allows for better follow-up opportunities with the recruiters and hiring managers you spoke to.  

As mentioned above, make sure to complete your Resume upload.  If you do not have a resume, our team can help you build one to share with exhibitors at the event.

 

Please note: many government agencies are required to collect paper resumes. We recommend bringing a couple of physical resumes, just in case!
